The study attempted to determine the level of expertise of the Public Schools District Supervisors in grow-me coaching the school heads in the enhanced basic education program. Specifically, it answered the following questions: 1. What are the characteristics of the PSDSs in the province of Albay? 2. WHat is the level of expertise of the PSDS in grow-me coaching enhanced basic education program? 3. Is there a significant relationship between the characteristics of PSDSs and their level of expertise? 4. Is there a significant difference on the level of expertise of the PSDSs as appraise by themselves and by the school heads?, and 5. What revitalized grow-me coach exemplar can be formulated based from the findings of the study?
