Subject(s): Abstract: In the face of the ever-growing need to develop the organization, taking into consideration the changing needs of the students and the administration, the employees of Manila Tytana College (MTC) are called to rise up to the indelible importance, for they are the prime movers of the institution. The commitment in the institution contributes gravely to how employees relate within the organization existing in MTC. Determination of these two variables can lead to better productivity and growth of MTC which is the focal aim of the study. This study focused on the influence of selected variables, perceived occupational relations and its effect with the organizational commitment in MTC. This research involved 177 participants from non-teaching and teaching staff across all departments. The investigation utilized the integration of quantitative and qualitative approach. It employed the use of survey questionnaires and focused group discussion in order to comprehensively and exhaustively acquire substantial data from the participants. The findings revealed that employees within MTC agree on the existence of positive relationship in all of its facets. Furthermore, the employees within MTC generally riposted that organizational commitment is high. A careful perusal of the data steered the researcher towards the formulation of a Group Dynamics Modality as part of input of this research. It is recommended that this module be utilized by MTC. Moreover, a similar study can be conducted in other institutions such as Manila Doctors Hospital.
