Summary: The study on selected manufacturing companies was conducted by the researchers so that inputs alongside with the themes could be formulated. Through the analyzation of the workers currently employed in the manufacturing companies selected who have experienced the changes in the production system and the operations in general. The production practice, the adoption of the company’s operations, the problems encountered, and the things that may be enhanced as well as the suggestions towards the improvement of a production practice served as our variables. The research aims to gather and narrate inputs for the production practices of manufacturing companies that will be affected by a disastrous event – pandemic or calamity. This research may prevent large casualties and damages to the firm in general by mitigating its effects and weakening it before the impact.
