The aim of the study is to determine the Emerging Nursing Management for Trends in Cardiovascular Diseases. Specifically, it sought answers to the following questions: 1. What is the profile of medical clients diagnosed with cardiovascular diseases in terms of: a) age, b) gender, c) civil status, d) occupation, e) nature of admission, f) length of hospital stay, g) mode of health insurance? 2. What are the trends among cardiovascular disease clients along: a) diagnostic evaluation, b) diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases, c) medication compliance, d) outcome of hospitalization? 3. What are the predicted trends among cardiovascular disease clients of SMJFHI along: a) diagnostic evaluation, b) diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases, c) medication compliance, d) outcome of hospitalization? 4. Is there a significant relationship on the trends of cardiovascular diseases among clients when grouped according to profile? 5. What is the emerging nursing management for cardiovascular diseases as appraised by the nurses and hospital aministrator along: a) disease prevention, b) health promotion, c) diagnosis and treatment, d) health restoration and rehabilitation? 6. What emerging cursing management program for cardiovascular disease clients can be designed basing from the findings of the study?
