The study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of Web-based instruction in Fundamentals of Mathematics of the Universty of Saint Anthony, Iriga City for School year 2012 - 2013. Specifically, it sought answers to the following questions: 1. What are the pretest and posttest mean scores in Fundamentals of Mathematics of the students in the: a) control group, and b) experimental group?; 2. Is there are significant difference in the: a) pretest mean scores of the controls and experimental group. and b) posttest mean scores of the control and experimental groups?; 3. Is there a significant difference in the pretest and posttest mean scores of the: a) control group, and b) experimental group?; and 4. What Web-Based Instructional Design can be proposed from the findings of the study?
