The study aims to appraise the implementation of the Learning Action Cell Session on MTB-MLE particularly in Bato District, Division of Camarines Sur. Specifically, it seeks to answer the following queries: 1. What is the extent of implementation of LAC Session of MTB - MLE as appraised by the teachers and school heads? 2. What are the problems encountered during the LAC session on MTB-MLE? 4. What MTB-MLE Resource Guide can be developed based from the findings of the study?
