This research determined the transformational leadership behavior of the public elementary school teachers in the 5th Congressional District of Camarines Sur according to age, gender, civil status, educational attainment, trainings attended, and number of years in service?; 2. What is the transformational leadership behavior of the teachers as perceived by themselves and the school heads along idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individual consideration or individualized attention?; 3. Is there significant difference between the perception of the teachers and the school heads on the transformational leadership behavior of teachers?; 4. Is there significant relationship between the profile and the transformational leadership behavior of teachers?; 5. Based from the findings of the study, what Transformational Strategies for educational leaders can be developed?
