Student development as an educational outcome is realized through the involvment and participation by students in school's academic and co-curricular programs. This study is an outcome assessment of medical graduates by assessing their experiences and developmental gains derived from the University of the Philippines College of Medicine (UPCM). Content analysis of essays on college experiences collected from 90 medical graduates was utilized as research method. The findings of the study reveal important educational experiences of medical graduates and resulting outcomes in learning and personal development. UPCM offered clinical training, classroom instructions, academic programs, community programs, and a social environment characterized by interaction and relationships with instructors, administrators, school/hospital staff and peers. Generally, the competencies, self confidence, a caring attitude, and concern toward people and society, emotional strenght, interpersonal maturity, and identify formation towards becoming a person of integrity.
