Summary: The researchers collated experiences from a specific group within the community which are the elderly. As they are still one of the vital parts, those experiences that were gathered are to be explored in search for specific themes that they all we be able to share. Voicing out how their own experiences is one of the main goals, finding out any significance of them, how those can be represented reflectively, any coping strategies they have come up within themselves as they continue on with such new rules implemented and possible any program interventions that may be developed with all those the researchers have gathered. All of these are to be brought out with their own experiences, new knowledge to be known from them. The lived experience of the informants were put into method of phenomenological type for the researchers to discover the meaning behind them. A nonrandom method of purposive sampling was used to specifically gather informants that criteria were met making one to be included in the study. Interview questions will be in a form of open ended questions as this will be an opportunity for the respondents to fully express themselves and even form questions back to the researchers, fluidity in the discussion will be made making the whole interview into a semi-structured type. Analysis of the collected experience follows Colaizzi's method as each step of this method carefully dissects every information that will be gathered from the experiences of the elderly forming a clear understanding of it.
