Tracer study of BS Psychology graduates / Ma. Kathleen C. Tiglao, Basilio Pimentel Jr.

This is a tracer study of BS Psychology graduates of Manila Tytana Colleges (formerly Manila Doctors College) from 1985-2014). The study attempted to verify whether out BS Psychology graduates were able to satisfy industry requirements by being part of their workforce. The study found that most of our graduates were able to secure a job within one (1) to three (3) months after graduation. A little more than half (52%) of our BS Psychology graduates landed a job directly related to their field. Seventy six percent (76%) while some also hold jobs abroad (20%). BS Psychology was one of the pioneer programs of Manila Tytana Colleges (formerly Manila Doctors College). It has been offered for 29 years. Many industries eventually recognized the continuous upgrading of the course to meet standard of industries. This effort eventually gained a level of reputation and trust among these industries which is evidenced by their acceptance our graduates as part of their employees.
