The study sought to determine the employability of the tourism graduates of La Consolacion College, Iriga City. Specifically, this study was undertaken to seek the answers to the following queries: 1) What is the profile of the tourism graduates in terms of: a) age, b) gender, c) civil status, d) TESDA Assessment? 2) What is the employment situation of the tourism graduates along: a) pre-employment, and b) employment? 3) WHat are the issues and concerns of the tourism graduates in seeking employment? 4) Based on the findings, what employment guide for tourism graduates can be designed?
