The study was conducted to assess the money management practices of the selected bank employees in terms of expenses, debt and savings during the pandemic days. Money management that is a knowledge on every employee to take care of daily expenses, organize debts and control savings despite of the scare of the global pandemic that results to unemployment and leads into a decreasing income source. The main objective of this study is to assess the respondent’s money management practices that provides a deeper understanding on how employees practice their money management whenever an uncertain event arises. Researchers found the topic a big help to maximize their potentials in money management. Generally, the study is about identifying whether the respondents are financially prepared throughout the pandemic like how the pandemic made changes into the respondent’s accounts. In terms of respondent’s expenses, debt and savings stands as a basis and an indicator for the research dependent variable which is the money management practices of selected bank employees. This study was aimed to determine if there is no financial preparedness on the selected employees during the pandemic in Metro Manila when grouped according to their demographic profile and provide a solution for the people whenever they encounter an uncertain event that may particularly lead into a financial problem. To prepare and give assessment that financial knowledge such as the relevance of having an emergency fund is precisely relevant to the standard of living.
