520 _aThe purpose of this study seeks to identify and explore the resilience of Filipino nurses who have been working for 3 years and have experienced workplace violence in the hospital. A mixed method convergent parallel design was utilized in this study to generate generalizable results to be combined with in-depth explorations for cross-validation, confirmation, or completeness.
