The purpose of the entire study is to understand why most of the debtors prefer to borrow money from the informal lending scheme rather than registered lending institutions despite the fact that they offer the same services. Finally, the study’s primary goal is to offer solutions and recommendations that formal lending institutions can use to enhance their current lending practices.
