N2  - The NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital  have had a program for the early identification of malnutrition for more than 20 years. and is the early adopters of the 2012 standardized characteristics for adult malnutrition, having had representation on the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (Academy)/American Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition Adult Malnutrition Workgroup. In 2014,  the New York-Presbyterian Hospital adopted the Academy/American Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition standardized indicators for pediatric malnutrition
